Individual Bag Packaging  

Each tin is first sealed in a single protective bag to shield against scratches and dust.  

Silicone Paper Cushioning  

Silicone paper is placed between tins to add a buffer, preventing friction damage during transit.  

Carton Packing  

Bagged tins are carefully loaded into sturdy cartons for structural protection.  

 Corner Protection  

Reinforced corners are added to cartons to guard against impacts and edge damage.  

Warehouse Storage  

Packed cartons are stored in our secure warehouse, ready for prompt dispatch.  

Shipment  

Final delivery is handled via freight (e.g., container trucks) to ensure timely and safe arrival.
